I really enjoyed my stay. Staff was excellent. It was quite and very comfortable

The property staff were incredibly accommodating friendly and helpful. The only issue was the waitresses were non existent anytime you needed a drink or for someone to take your order.

Hotel was very nice, safe, convenient location and easy overnight garage parking right next door.

Location was perfect! I spent more the night before for a higher ranked hotel in sketchy area. I consider this hotel to be a true 5 star. The restaurant recommendation, I would have never found. The kitchen closed late and we arrived when kitchens in the area were closing. It was memorable with my teenage daughter. I will never stay anywhere else if in DC. Beds were amazing! Thank you!

Amenities in the room were very nice quality, slippers, loofah, and toiletries. I was overcharged for car parking on check out when they asked if I had any extras. Hotel refunded it right away but my overseas bank took an extra procedure fee as a result of this misunderstanding. Room was a suite but the hallway between had no light. View was excellent.

Excellent service from everyone the Willard. Facilities were clean, food in the Cafe was great, zero complaints! Stay here if you are going to DC!

The staff was amazing, kind, flexible, professionals. The location was perfect for us. The room exceeded our expectations. We didn’t hear any noise and it was super clean. The rooftop pool was small but we never felt it was crowded. The gym was very well equipped and had excellent views. We stayed 3 nights and I wish I had stayed longer. We will be back!

Very well located. Felt safe to walk all times of day and night. Great food spots located all around. Subway not too far from it as well, only like .04 miles from it. Great staff. Will definitely stay there next time I return to D.C

Acceptable for my one night stay

Absolutely incredible hotel that we happened upon on a whim. Brand new, absolutely stunning and Johnny the concierge made our night and had us feeling right at home despite the grandeur of the establishment. Can’t recommend this place enough and shout out to Johnny ❤️

The staff was very helpful and courteous, offering details about the surrounding areas to explore. The hotel had a very pleasant clean scent throughout, which was nice. The bed and linens were very comfortable, with a very nice and larger than normal layout of the room. Great accomodations for the price.
