(241 reviews) The hotel looks really nice and well decorated and maintained, rooms are spacious, the beach accessible from the hotel is really nice and clean as well. The location is good, there's a taxi rank nearby and a mercadona up the road which is very convenient. Now a few areas might need improvement considering this is rated as a 4 star hotel. The snack bar opening times given were different depending who you asked to. The location given was also wrong and the hotel program displayed wasn't updated. When asking where an activity listed takes place, the reception stated they did not know. The housekeeping on other hand was fabulous, hard working and amazingly nice considering most rooms have not got a "do not disturb" sign which bound them to clean all the rooms everyday if we were not able to catch them to notify them prior. The restaurant offered a good range of food, varied and changed from day to day. However, finding a place to sit was a real pain. Roaming around for over 15min for each meal to find a empty table was real difficult let alone finding a CLEAN table. Can't blame the staff as they were understaffed but having to sit on dirty tables and wait wasn't pleasant either. The kids and family pools were great, plenty of sunbeds and no need to fight for one but it wasn't summer. There was a kids club as well wich was a nice option altough not used, but the kids appeared to have fun. Minus 1 for the gym access only for the premium customers... (471 reviews) We have been here many times over the years. This was the first time since it reopened as Paradisus after refurbishment. We decided to try the Reserve level. It was much more expensive and did not offer very much extra in terms of facilities or dining options. The Reserve Pool area is enclosed by a concrete wall like a stockade or prison. It is still the windiest pool and we spent more time around the lagoon pool on the sheltered & sunnier side of the hotel. Reserve also offered breakfast in a separate dining area with table service. This area also served as a bar & lounge for Reserve during the day. Again we didn’t spend any time in there. The hotel was NOT full and a lot of staff were wandering around asking if everything was alright but they didn’t really want to hear anything but yes. (723 reviews) I booked this hotel, after reading the reviews on Expedia!. This place truly is a gem - for sure, this is a palace - the hotel expands over a very large area on Playa Blanca, Lanzarote!. Staff are very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. When booking, you have various options on the kind of stay you would like - if you prefer not to venture out, and stay at this 'palace' for your holiday, then All Inclusive (with extra Privilege) option is the one I would recommended (Which I purchased). The 'Privilege' option provides personnel service on breakfast/lunch and dinner, across a number of different themed restaurants...dependent on the number of days you stay, also will include access to the spa area (and what a lovely spa H10 has!). Would I come back - for sure - I stayed in Dec 2025, and the daylight hours, similar ish to UK, H10 is blessed, in that the sun will stay across the sea/ocean(there is no real beach) front, during the month of Dec, and also the sun sets to the side of the hotel, around 6 pm (same time zone as UK) - well worth a watch, when you are situated in this hotels Piano bar (main bar) area, which is at least 3 floors up.
