The best part of this hotel is the restaurant ran by Glasgow-based Celentano’s. They also prepare the breakfast too. The hotel is nicely decorated in a prime Glasgow building. My room was largely, maybe even 20sqm and the inclusion of mini Bare Bones chocolate was a lovely touch. One of the window fittings in my room was broken which meant I could close it and being on the first floor above restaurant fans made for a slightly noisy night. It bothered me a little the staff knew about this already but had not fixed it. Still, it is good hotel and worth a visit.

Button to get to the top floor in the lift wasn’t working, so had to go to the floor below and take the stairs the rest of the way.
Bathroom was covered in other guest’s hair

Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff is amazing. The property itself is gorgeous. Felt like we were being pampered and cared for the whole time. Had dinner at The Deck and that was wonderful also. Our only regret is that we only stayed one night. Would love to return and spend more time there.

Great location in the city. Hotel and room was very clean, as with all hotels though, you get 4 small milk portions! Minor gripe as we like a tea and coffee or 2.
Room has everything you need and is modern (signature room). Staff we met were all very friendly and helpful.
I was surprised to learn that even as a resident, we were not able to buy a night cap to take to the room as it was 00.05. They obviously don’t have the license for that unlike other hotels. Would I stay here again, yes and it’s already booked
