Algarve Waterpark Vacations

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The pool area was quiet with enough loungers. The small pool side bar restaurant served breakfast, lunch and dinner all very nice.

The rooms were clean when we arrived but the kitchen had oils or left over residue on the handles so felt a bit gross opening and closing them. The tables were definitely were not wiped and some of the furnishing had been water stained but that's from other guest usage. Bed comfy enough tho. Bath looked a bit gross. Don't know if it's residue staining or mould or just dirty.

This place was great. The staff were super friendly. The Hotel was perfect location to reach everything we wanted to reach. We had a rental car which opened us to explore what the local scene had to offer. Beaches, Night markets, Supermarkets, Late night local Ice creams shops, Festivals, the lot! Underground parking was excellent at keeping the car cool. Rental towels (10 euro Cash deposit each) were very convenient as we were travelling very light. The Aqua Park was great fun. Be sure to check your child's height. 140cm + gets you full access to everything. Sub 120cm excludes some of the rollercoasters and big slides. Sub 110cm excludes a lot of the slides. Only a few Kiddy slides left to explore. A quick 5 min walk to the park. Wrist bands get you straight it. You will have to leave your stuff unattended if you plan on moving around the park as a family. Or you can rent a locker for 10euro per day. But everyone leaves their stuff on the grassed area and there seems to be a level of trust amongst everyone. We left our towels, phones and flip flops and never had anything missing.

Beautiful resort facilities Pools were clean and well maintained with washrooms at each pool Apartments were exceptional and well equipped Extremely late check-in with disorganized process very early checkout. Don’t stay for one night would not be worth your while, but multiple nights certainly would be.

We had a great week here. Family friendly resort, nice staff and great facilities. Brilliant pools and lovely beach. Buganvilla & Cafeteria restaurants were excellent both with a lovely setting. The resort is very good value overall. The resort feels safe and secure and has a relaxed feel to it. Slides only for young kids but the pools are great. Plenty of water parks nearby for more slide action. Thankyou Alfagar, we will be back!
