Really nice! Heated bathroom floors, great shower, all toiletries provided! Afternoon tea was lovely. And dining was lovely!

The rooms were ok, no plug points or USB options. We didnt have a uk plug but none in the reception to borrow. We were given really old type of rooms but I think there are better ones there. View was great from kids upper floor but our river view room ( premium paid) was nothing to write about. Breakfast was fine, again nothing to write about. Location is really good but could have booked elsewhere, lot of places near by. We got parking across the street for free but front desk didnt offer theirs

Staff were friendly and gave us a good larger than expected room on arrival which was good. The hotwl is positioned in a very peaceful area. We had a room on the ground floor at the back so there was no road noise but lots of noise late at night when other guests were arriving to their rooms. Walls/floors are thin! The water coming out of the taps and toilet was yellow..not sure why. Bottles of yellow tap water were being served to customers. The menu was not to our taste far too much spicy food. I had to send the corn on the cob back as it was covered in spice. We were then brought a new plain one and were not charged which was good. Can't comment on the cooked breakfast as we only had fruit/continental options.
