Mou Apartments is a very good, spacious and comfortable place to stay, especially for a shorter visit to Kotor. We enjoyed having a separate bedroom, living room and bathroom, plus plenty of cabinet space and a pantry large enough for our suitcases. The bed was comfortable, the TV was a good size with streaming services, and the kitchen was well equipped with cookware, dishes and utensils. Thoughtful extras included toiletries, washing-machine pods and dishwasher pods. Having both a washer and dishwasher was convenient. Our first-floor apartment opened toward the pool, which was a great feature. Management was very responsive, kind and helpful. When the Wi-Fi stopped working, he came over and tried to provide a secondary Wi-Fi connection, although it did not work. The main improvements needed are cleanliness, Wi-Fi reliability and directions. The bathroom and shower need a deeper cleaning, and there was visible mold along the bottom of the shower curtain. The shower is also quite small. The king bed was comfortable, but all sheets, blankets and bed coverings should be properly sized to fit a king mattress. The address provided took us about half a kilometer away; searching “Mou Apartments” in Google Maps worked better, so guests should be sent an accurate map pin. There are also very limited restaurants, shops and amenities nearby, making this better for a short stay than a long one unless you have transportation or plan to cook. A taxi to downtown Kotor costs about €30.

We loved this villa. It had everything you could need and is located in quiet location but close to a nice village and several excellent restaurants.

The location is excellent—within walking distance of Dubrovnik’s Old Town. On-site parking with included valet service was also very convenient. The massage with Stevan was absolutely amazing. He was highly professional, kind, and provided an excellent treatment. We are vegan, however, and found the food options at the hotel disappointing. There was no vegan yogurt, sausage, or burger available in any of the restaurants. For a hotel of this standard, I would expect a much better range of vegan options.

Room was clean, just small attention to the details were missing, like tiles grout and glass on the balcony need some cleaning improvement. Staff were not overly friendly and welcoming at check in. Breakfast was very good, lots of variety. Outdoor and indoor pools were amazing. Overall, our experience was very good and we will definitely come back. Location is unbeatable. Absolutely everything was flawless: the thoughtful attention to detail, the effortless comfort, and the top-tier service. Special shoutout for the extraordinarily well-equipped gym—a rare find that made keeping up with our workout routine completely seamless. 10 out of 10, this place will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
