Staff was amazing. Hotel was in a good location, but the rooms were very outdated. The beds and mattresses were very overused and were broken. The bathroom was very dark. water stains on the wall, some of the lights were not working, the rooms need updating as a US citizen, I consider this a motel, not a hotel. I ended up checking out after the second day and staying at the Marriott across the street

Big spacious rooms in the middle of the city

Fine for a day or two, parking is a huge challenge (so don't have a car). Very convenient for the offices around.

Black grout in shower, bathtub and the worst is the swimming pool. Breakfast was mid ngl. But the room is beautiful overall. The windows were a bit dirty. the structure of the building was dirty and rusty. Cannot really imagine the value of the stay during f1 season other than being at a good location. I enjoyed the stay tho.

The room is amazing, very spacious, cleans and well taken care of. My main issue with the hotel are 2 things. The key card keeps randomly not working and the pool is very small.

We had a wonderful stay at Emirates Palace in a beautiful sea-view room with Club Lounge access. The property is truly grand and spectacular, with so much to do without ever needing to leave — from camel rides to a variety of activities throughout the resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, but the Club Lounge team was truly exceptional. Everyone was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay special, including helping us arrange dinner reservations and organizing thoughtful anniversary treats in our room. A special thank you to Rohit, who was phenomenal with our 1.5-year-old son. He went out of his way to prepare special purées for him and would always ask if there was anything he could make for him. That personal attention meant so much to us and was one of the highlights of our stay. The breakfast was truly incredible — one of the best hotel breakfasts we have experienced, with an amazing selection. The Kids' Palace was a little underwhelming compared with the rest of the property, and the enormous size of the palace can sometimes take away from the personal feel of the experience. Overall, Emirates Palace is an incredible and unforgettable property. The grandeur, setting, activities, amazing breakfast, and especially the exceptional Club Lounge staff made our stay very special.
