The villas are new , clean, spacious with an excellent view. Our villa was well equipped and we were very happy with it. Having a pool is a bonus which will be well used as most beaches are not close.
Renting a car is a must as the villas are far from Split or any town. Trogir is not far but there is no easy transportation other than getting a taxi. Our visit was enhanced and made more enjoyable by renting a car and visiting various beaches within a half hour or so, going to Split, and Dubrovnik. The yacht club associated with the villas is pleasant with a nice restaurant but a tad pricey, however worth a visit.
The staff at the villa are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place as long as you have/ rent a car.

Lovely room with view of the sea. Pool area was very well kept with nice bar. Food was delicious - we even ordered room service to eat on our balcony. Walk to city center doable but too taxi’s back up! Parking easy.

Images did not depict reality of the property at all. The entryway, elevator and corridors will give a jump scare initially. Once we got past that it was simply a place to sleep versus a relaxation point.
