The property is a bit older but the unit we stayed in was well maintained. There's not a lot to do in the area and the property is approximately a 25 minute drive to St. Pete Beach, where there are more activities.

Nice hotel

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Absolutely Loved CW Resort!! I honestly cannot say enough good things about CW Resort in Clearwater Beach!! Booked this place last minute, and I couldn’t have been happier with our decision. What an absolutely beautiful resort! First off, the CLEANLINESS!! I’m still talking about how immaculate CW was! From the moment you walk through the doors, everything is spotless, & the entire resort smells AMAZING!! You can immediately tell how much pride they take in maintaining this property, and that is something you just don’t find everywhere these days! The rooms were incredibly spacious, comfortable, and beautifully kept. The pool area was gorgeous, with such a beautiful view of the bay. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy ourselves! The location couldn’t be better either — literally a 3-minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants, shops, and excitement of Clearwater Beach! And I can’t forget the staff! Every single person we encountered was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and the experience they provide. We couldn’t have had a better stay! I’m STILL raving about this resort, especially how incredibly clean and beautiful everything was. CW Resort exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat! To the owners, management, and entire staff, THANK YOU for taking pride in your establishment. It truly shows in every little detail, and it doesn’t go unnoticed!

Much more spacious than we expected. Very clean, entire staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. A nice scent was all over the hotel, a nice touch. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Clean and a great location. Very noisy as you can hear the guest conversations in the units next to you. Tons of Amazon packages at the front door can make it hard to access. Hangers in the closet would be nice. Bathroom was clean but so small the tp kept getting wet when you showered.

The Jade House is in an excellent location only a block from the beach and short walk to restaurants, shops, and bars. Communication with the management company was difficult through Expedia. Even when I called directly, one of the three client service agents was not helpful whatsoever. However, once I was given the number to text, communication was much better. The pool/ hot tub area is perfect. The house is very comfortable. Only decks are narrow (only stand); ocean view is from one of theses.

Room was very clean, all furniture looked like new. Stuff was pleasant. Nice furnished room, living room and small kitchen. Love it
