(2,910 reviews) The rooms are very disappointing. The TV was probably 15 years old and completely unusable because it was so pixelated. The decor is frankly deplorable. The blinds let in so much light and the curtains aren’t actually functional. The walls are PAPER thin. You will absolutely we woken up by the périple in the room beside you or house keeping. So sad to see what is supposed to be the nicest hotel in Ottawa is such an unglamorous state. I’ve genuinely stayed in nicer 3 star rated hotels. Exceptionally disappointed.
