We had the most amazing stay at this property! The hotel was insanely beautiful and very well kept. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and accommodated every request we had. Truly have never been so impressed by a hotel. 1000% recommend staying here if you are traveling to Lake Atitlan/San Marcos. They can even help arrange private transfers for you to eliminate stress. I will definitely be back in the future, not one bad thing to say about this hotel!!! Huge thank you to the staff- you truly made this a memorable stay for us!

I stopped in Antigua for 2 days before heading to to Flores. The hotel is very much old Antigua. It’s beautiful and has lush greenery surrounding the buildings. The staff is very attentive and nice. They accommodate as much as possible. We arrived early morning

Beautiful property with incredibly friendly staff. There is a convenient tienda right next to the property, and the walk down to the main square is short and easy. The location felt perfect for exploring Antigua. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, and the coffee is the perfect start for your adventure into the city. I will absolutely stay here again on my next visit.

I stayed at Hotel Vista 15 in Guatemala City for just a few hours overnight. The reviews made it seem modern and updated, but when I arrived around 4 p.m., it felt a bit empty and more outdated than expected. The staff was nice, though, and I had dinner at the rotating restaurant, which had a charming old-time vibe and even surprised me with a birthday cake. The room, a two-bedroom suite, was spacious with a drop-dead gorgeous view of the city at night. But it needed a better cleaning—there was a dirty shower head, hair on the sheets, and stains on the bed. The sink in the bathroom kept backing up, and the elevator looked outdated. That said, the sauna was nice, the pool was great, and the gym was solid. They did offer free water, which was a nice perk. Overall, a mixed stay—beautiful view and space, but it needs some serious updates and a cleaner room.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views of the volcano. Beautifully decorated, large room with jacuzzi and large shower. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. My only complaint is that they were hosting a wedding the night we stayed there and we had no idea going into it, so we weren’t able to eat at their restaurant that night. The music was loud but ended early, other than that this hotel is beautiful. The rooftop restaurant and bar are great also!
