After enduring this for two nights, we requested a room change. The hotel responded promptly and moved us farther away, which we appreciated. While the issue was resolved, it raises concerns about how the hotel manages guest behavior on executive floors. This is not about whether children are allowed, but about ensuring guests are clearly reminded not to disturb others—something expected at a five-star level. Another disappointment was breakfast on our final day. My husband requested an extra coffee, which was acknowledged but then forgotten as the staff member attended to others. By the time it arrived, we had to leave for our flight. Her attitude also felt cold, which contrasted with the generally excellent service we experienced elsewhere in Japan. Overall, a good hotel, but these service lapses affected our experience.
