The location is excellent and the room is quite acceptable (it was clean and comfortable, though the A/C was a bit noisy). What I would have appreciated knowing in advance is that the hotel was under renovation. The lobby and the restaurant were located in what I assume were temporary facilities (which were not very comfortable or nice). The breakfast was not very good. I stayed for five nights, and for the last four days, I preferred to have breakfast and meals outside the hotel.

We Spent 15 days there and had a great time. It's in a great location.

Rooms are very comfortable with all you need, balcony is a plus with couch and chairs, heated pool is also nice. All areas with relaxing music. Food at restaurant Fuego and Tiempo are of excellent food quality and great service. Highly recommended hotel to spend some days in tranquility and relaxation.

First class hotel in downtown with excellent view from pool and restaurant area on high floor (really pleasant at night). Many dining options and not far from Panama Canal and old city.

Excellent and professional service in every inch of the hotel from the spa staff to the dining staff. I couldn’t have asked for a lovelier experience.

I usually don’t leave reviews for these things but I was so impressed by this hotel that I just have to. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is incredible. The thing that impressed me the most was the food. Usually at an all inclusive the food is just passable, not good, not bad. But the food at this place was amazing. Shout out to Chef Mercedes, she is a wizard in the kitchen. I would literally return to this hotel just to eat.

Fantastic place to stay. Everything was premium. Bed was spectacular left after two years feeling super replaced. Would recommend highly.

Excelente localización personal del hotel muy bueno. La crítica.: hotel no te tiene los útiles básicos como crema para la piel, gorro de baño. Cepillo dental etc. Hay q estar en la recepción para recordar y solicitarlo
