Could barely see the ocean. They put us on the ground floor right next to the snack bar and truck delivery for that food service. It was terrible.😳😩 Took longer to check in this time three different folks kept saying 15 more minutes 3 different times we finally went to the room and it was ready. So we got our luggage to room and never heard from front desk. Our TV had to be replaced after 3 times reported not working. Had to have AC reset and my daughter next door was using blow dryer and blew a breaker 🙈. Who knew you could only use bathroom outlets for that. They did respond quickly to calls. Oh worst of all being in that room we could not be comfortable sitting in balcony or getting dressed in the room as we also were at a common busy walk way for all to peer at us.

This hotel may feel tucked away or off the beaten path at first, but it’s truly a safe and peaceful hidden gem. Despite its quiet setting, it’s conveniently located within 10 minutes of restaurants, churches, and shops. The staff are exceptionally courteous and always ready to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool is cleaned daily, and the atmosphere throughout the property is calm and relaxing—perfect for anyone looking to unwind without noise or crowds. Manager Ali and owner Miguel make an outstanding team. They clearly take pride in maintaining a clean, well-kept property while delivering excellent service. Highly recommended for a comfortable and tranquil stay.

The staff was amazing! The receptionists, cleaning crew, restaurant workers, etc., were all kind and helpful. Also, the location, right near the ocean, was awesome. If you enjoy being right next to the ocean, this is the place. Lastly, for being all-inclusive, I thought the food was pretty decent, not great, but decent. On the other hand, my room was definitely dated. The shower barely had any water pressure, and the mattress was very uncomfortable when sleeping on my back or side. My preferred positions. For reference, I am 6’1 and 180 lbs. Lastly, visitors are not allowed to see you at this hotel. Knowing the area a little, I believe that this a good rule. However, keep that in mind if you wish to see family or friends in the area.
