First of all, it was horrible trying find where the apartment were located. There were 2 locations. It was not very clear which location and when I called the number listed for assistance, no one answered. Once I got there, they couldn’t find my reservation. Once I got checked in and in my room, I could not get on the WiFi, the TV did not work. It was very frustrating after a long flight.

Had adjourning rooms and Savoy had put the extra bed in but charged extra for this. Our room smelt damp and overall was a bit dated esp. the bathroom. Breakfast was ok but probably could do with more western options and more fruit! Savoy was up to half or even a third cheaper than the nearby Hilton’s/ Marriotts etc so you get what you pay for! Was fine for one night before flying back.
