Fondavela Hotel exceeded all expectations: the rooms/facilities are designed to promote comfort and tranquility, the location is ideal for accessing Monteverde cloud forest, the food was EXCELLENT, and the staff were outstanding! I hope to return again on my next visit to Costa Rica. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

This was our first stop on a first trip to Costa Rica and it was incredible. The team working here is nothing short of incredible. They are all so nice and very helpful! Everything from the welcome drink, to the breakfast, lunch, and dinner were amazing. The animals were plentiful and such a great way to start your trip with kids on the rainforest. We took a frog tour at night and it’s a must do as well. After breakfast, we hit the waterfall trail to some of the most breath taking waterfalls we’ve ever seen! You will not be disappointed to stay and visit here.

Our family used this as our last night stop close to the airport (LIR). It was just a key code to access the property with simple instructions to follow. The property was secure and private. Everything was new and very clean. Since we were traveling it was so nice they provided bathroom amenities, washer and dryer and full kitchen. The shower at this place was amazing and very relaxing. The best part was being given access to the beach club (5 min drive or 20 min walk). We went there and spent time at the beach and swimming in the pool. They offered outdoor showers, rentals of surf/boogie boards lounge chairs, etc.The pool was warm so my kids swam for hours. The offered drinks and a full menu. The staff was very friendly. Overall it was a great location and great stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience! Our stay at Parador Nature Resort & Spa was absolutely incredible. From the moment we checked in until the day we left, everything was seamless and welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing wildlife. We encountered so many animals throughout the property and were able to observe them up close. The white-faced monkeys were especially memorable—one adventurous monkey even managed to break into our room! It definitely gave us a story we’ll be talking about for years and made our Costa Rica experience even more unforgettable. The food and drinks were outstanding, and the restaurants offered breathtaking views that made every meal memorable. The resort is also conveniently located near beautiful beaches, and the complimentary shuttle service made getting there easy and stress-free. Parador combines exceptional service, stunning scenery, incredible wildlife, and a true Costa Rican experience. We loved every moment of our stay and will definitely be back!

The property was beautiful and very maintained. The rooms were spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. Air conditioning was great. The heated plunge pool was amazing. The staff are all helpful and polite. The food and drinks were all delicious and big portions. My favourite part was being in the middle of nature and being able to see some of the incredible wildlife that Costa Rica has. This place is a wonderful place to relax. We definitely didn't want to leave because we loved it so much.

My husband and I recently stayed in a Riverside Villa to celebrate our 15-year wedding anniversary, and it was truly one of the most incredible experiences we have ever had. Costa Rica has become one of our favorite places in the world, not only because of its breathtaking scenery, but because of the kindness of its people and its beautiful culture. This hotel elevated our entire experience and made our anniversary celebration unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The team went above and beyond by preparing our villa with champagne, flowers, and special touches that made us feel celebrated and appreciated. Our Riverside Villa was absolutely stunning. Falling asleep to the sounds of the river and waking up surrounded by lush tropical nature felt magical. The villa was spacious, beautifully maintained, spotless, and offered the perfect combination of luxury and immersion in nature. Having a private jacuzzi while being surrounded by the rainforest created an experience that was both relaxing and unforgettable. One of the highlights of our stay was the couples massage. We have traveled to many places around the world and experienced numerous spas, and this was honestly one of the best massages we have ever had. It was the perfect way to celebrate our anniversary and completely unwind.

Rooms are outdated, everything is broken or falling apart, pool tiles were very moldy. I wasn’t expecting this for a Riu Palace.

This was my fourth stay with Si Como No. I will return again! The people and facilities are wonderful.
