The room was clean and in excellent condition, with beverages available all day in the minibar. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained.The Signature pool was fantastic, and the quality of the beverages there was excellent (Grey Goose and other premium options). The beach service for Signature guests was also very good. In general, the food throughout the resort was very good.Minor complaints:The food at the beach and pool bars was only average. However, you can always go to the beach buffet or the main resort buffet if you want something more substantial. It was difficult to get a table at the à la carte restaurants more than once. The concierge tried hard to help us, so I can’t complain about their effort, but it seemed the restaurants were not operating at full capacity — there were many empty tables every night across all shifts. Overall, it’s a great place and I would recommend it.

I cannot say enough great things about my trip to this resort. Luis at the reception desk was incredibly positive, enthusiastic, and helpful. This kid is going places in life. All the staff from the restaurant workers to the pool girls leading samba dances to the cleaning staff were outstanding and dedicated to doing a great job with hospitality. The food, drinks, and accommodations were excellent. The pools and beach areas were beautiful and relaxing. I really enjoy the people and culture of Brazil and this resort lived up to what this country is all about. I am sure I will return someday soon.

I book this hotel because it has 2 bedrooms and I have a very light sleep so I did not want to sleep with my boyfriend - do not judge! The rooms are not double glazed and therefore you can hear everything from the main road. I could not sleep well. There was also some machinery behind the wall on the 2nd bedroom, again very noisy and it can start anytime (I had it starting at 3am and it is a loud noise = I guess it is related to the water pressure?). Breakfast was also not like in the Instagram page. I felt that portions got better once I have made a complaint, but we were given 1 scramble egg - to share between 2 of us on the first day. They offered other items, but not as much as they picture in their insta page. To improve this, they could create a check list and ask guests what they wanted the previous day. People in the reception were friendly and nice - 5*, all the staff were polite, but the physical structure of the hotel was not up to my standards: the pool for example is most of the time on the shade - that cannot be change or moved. Their jacuzzi was out of order and maintenance team could not fix it during the 7 days we stayed there. I was not offered any compensation and I felt that I paid for a service that they could not provide. Also the bedroom did not have an iron and the hotel does not have 1 for each apartment, so sometimes I had to bring the one I requested downstairs to share with another room that has requested. I felt a bit disappointed.
