the room was dark and like a prision. No window to outside. There was no security - given a small suitcase lock for the room and the in room safe was tiny, lightwieght and could just be lifted up and taken. The area the Riad was in was very rough - so we only stayed the 1 night and found alternative accomadation. Becasue of this we would like a refund

Beautiful place to stay in an excellent location. Close to the square and also Medina entrance. Pick up spot for tours was close by. Staff were all very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Four stars? Bless them. OK at best. If you fancy a holiday in God's waiting room, with mediocre food and a nightclub directly above your room pumping out music until 2am, this is your place. Room 3108 came with a hot tub, which we asked to have cleaned. Bring your own optimism. Joking aside, the nightclub was unacceptable. Why pay £1,300 to be kept awake half the night when the hotel couldn't care less? On arrival we were handed a room key and left to it. No info on the hotel, no map, no idea what was where. The amenities are signposted, but a quick "pool's that way, breakfast is here" would have gone a long way. Instead we learnt the layout by wandering about until something looked familiar. Meanwhile the sunbed race is in full swing. By 7am the poolside beds are covered in towels, but no people. Very committed, those towels. In fairness, there are positives, and they're why it gets an OK. The staff were very attentive, the pool was relaxing, and the centre is close enough to grab a few bargains. The airport is nearby too, so you won't waste much of your holiday getting there, or leaving. We won't be coming back though, and it's certainly not a four star.

J’ai eu un séjour incroyable dans ce resort. L’accueil des employés est chaleureux, les activités sont très bien organisées, la piscine est magnifique et la nourriture excellente. Le spectacle du soir était également mémorable! Les vues sont tout simplement à couper le souffle. J’ai eu la chance de faire une balade à dos de dromadaire au coucher du soleil ainsi qu’une sortie en quad le matin : deux expériences mémorables! J’ai également beaucoup apprécié Youssef et Zakaria, qui ont été particulièrement accueillants, sympathiques et attentionnés tout au long du séjour. Ils ont vraiment contribué à rendre notre expérience encore plus agréable. Vraiment un superbe séjour que je recommande sans hésiter!

The room and the whole Riad were beautiful. We only stayed one night and were very comfortable. Fatima and Simon at the front desk were wonderful, even letting us leave or luggage and use their facilities after our stay. Outstanding service!

Friendly staff greet you to a fabulous oasis just a few minutes from all the main attractions. Would recommend to everyone

Very clean room and hotel facilities. Food variety good for an all inclusive. Pool not too bad some tiles missing but water clear and tested daily Plenty of sun beds so no issues there Totally enjoyed our stay
