The kids’ area was great. My children enjoyed it, and the staff working it were good. The food was not great. Compared to other hotels, there was no poolside server offering food or drinks.
If you do not speak Spanish, communication will be difficult. The staff is very friendly. The barrier is language, not attitude.
The pressure to sit through the membership presentation is exhausting. If guests already pay to stay at your property, do not push them into a timeshare pitch.

Rafael was our dedicated staff member and he was great. He answered every question we had and helped us with anything we needed. Definitely recommend this resort, especially the Family Selection area if you have kids. Will be back for sure.

This is a beautiful property with a great variety of restaurants and entertainment. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our stay was on the adult side of the resort and it was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely revisit.
