It is an ok place if you are going to an event very nearby like a play or concert. There is no pool and the river is a fairly long walk through a pretty boring business district, so there are definitely better locations for general site-seeing, but if you get a great deal there is enough in walking distance to make it ok. The "included breakfast' was about the worst pre-packaged stuff I've ever had, so definitely don't think you are getting a good rate considering the food. They didn't even have Cheerios or granola, just sugar cereal. Someone came in off the street and took most of the other stuff two days in a row. Staff was aware and didn't do anything besides restock the food.
