Other issues: - I arrived after 11 PM, and person at front was unable to check me in and took >10 minutes to get someone who could. Did not offer me welcome drinks that came with my reservation; had to ask someone else the next day. inflexible with a late checkout without paying, and although let me to use the gym there was no place to shower. Overall, I felt checkout experience was overly rigid considering I departed on a non sold out Sunday. The other disappointment was persistent notification of staff about a broken bracket/handwash on floor. Staff said would fix multiple times and never did.
