Large all inclusive hotel very close to the beach with nice rooms, several pools and food options. Personnel very welcoming and agreeable. Good location.

Fantastic resort. The staff work tirelessly to ensure a 5 star experience. The highlight was the kids club team who were amazing with the kids throughout our stay. Resort is big enough with so much activities that it keeps you entertained for the entire stay.

We've always wnjoyed our stay at Riu. Check in and out super easy. The use of the Riu app to make restsurant reservationds, special room requests, and maintenance repairs easy to make. Poperty is clean and well kept.

The room service is the best! They do your room every day, towels replaced daily, they perfectly clean your room and do your bed daily, this is awesome! There are plenty of activities and attractions inside the hotel, it is also well located, closed to the sea and near of markets and small shopping locations. It is also ALL INCLUSIVE, so you don't need to spend money on anything else but your vacation activities. The only thing that can be improved is the food, in my opinion, the food is average compared to other competitors, however, our overall experience despite the food, is excellent and will definitely coming back! Hotel RIU PALACE . The best Tenerife.

The hotel is well equipped for entertaining families and adults alike. All staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The only negative was we were staying in one of the Rock Royalty suites on an all inclusive package, we found it difficult to eat in particular restaurants as you are only able to eat in them at particular times of the day, and that you need to book everything apart from the buffet. We found this restrictive and annoying as you don’t know what time of day you will be hungry tomorrow. The offering of vegetarian food on the all inclusive buffet was very poor, with poor selections in either the all inclusive restaurants and those restaurants that you need to pay 70% for as these are not included in the package. This resulted in us spending an additional £800 on food both in and outside the hotel.

The resort was beautiful, along with the staff. They were warm and welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure I had an amazing stay.

A nice hotel that is in the process of being touched up. The room was lovely and modern but the dining and general areas are old fashioned. No floaties or balls are allows in the pool, which to a child is quite a big thing. As there are not many children there, the odd one or two floaties should be allowed - infact they were on certain days depending on which manage was on. All a little confusing and stuck in time. Putting green needs repair as well.
