This hotel was my favorite. If I come to the keys I will be returning to this hotel and this hotel only. We stayed in the cove (21 age plus) and loved it. So quiet and you even had your own pool and gym. Even the other amenities were great.

My room was stunning and bed was super comfortable. I rated the hotel a bit lower because I had a rough experience. My room wasn’t ready until 6 pm so I missed by evening plans after a long day of travel. The staff was accommodating- They fed me and provided an additional credit to compensate me for the inconvenience. Food service at the beach was quite slow and I ended up getting food poising later that night. They did an investigation into what the cause could be and provided me some spring waters. If I chose to stay here again, I would probably just not order food at the beach and call ahead to ensure my room is ready before I arrive. Again, I really loved my room, but my experience was unfortunately tainted by a few experiences.

We booked this option as a place to begin a cruise. It's conveniently located close to cruise port, Bayside and bus route to the beach. The unit was clean and modern with a view of the city. We loved the option to cook and be able to do some last minute laundry before heading for our cruise. We didn't appreciate the wopping 300 deposit requested nor did we enjoy the smell of cannabis wafting from the elevators or hallways. There are no smoking signs posted but they're obviously being ignored. Everyone deserves fresh and clean air!! The other negative was the blind in the main room was broken and so we couldn't view the city from that area. Overall, the condo served our purpose but we wouldn't make it a choice for future travels.

Great place and location! The pool was amazing.
