Muy comodo y lujoso, la piscina muy bonita solo que demasiado profunda para mi estatura de 1.60 pude haber disfrutado mas si hubiera sido menos profunda, el restaurante afuera del hotel muy rico y buenos precios, la atencion de Azul y Fabiola excelente, habitacion muy amplia

You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue.
It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.

This resort is advertised as all-inclusive, but remember that you may still have to pay extra for certain things. Some food and services are not included, so you will have additional out-of-pocket expenses.
They will also ask you to participate in their timeshare presentation. In my experience, they can be very pushy and rude if you decide not to buy. One person in particular, named Fatima, was extremely rude and did not even give us a chance to think about our decision. She pressured us to make a decision right away.
