No 24 hour front desk person. Old furniture. Just a general old feeling comparative to all the other surrounding hotels.

The complimentary breakfast was awesome as were staff and service personnel. The king bed was very comfortable. The room rug was soiled and the A/C was very noisy. There is an elevator to 2nd floor but we had misfortune of having a room on the third floor so that we had to haul suitcases up one floor by ourselves. Otherwise very good location with walkability to main square yet away from town noise. Best breakfast by far of any place we stayed.

I would not stay here again. For the money there are better options here. Have to dispute a CC charge because they charged me twice for first stay before extending. Staff is okay not great.

Spring Creek Ranch is absolutely incredible! The location is unbeatable with the most spectacular views that will take your breath away. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and so well-appointed—it truly feels like every detail has been thoughtfully considered. From the serene setting to the comfort and elegance of the accommodations, everything exceeded our expectations. An amazing experience all around, and one I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Jackson Hole.
