Great hotel in general - clean but we had concerns about the smell of mould in the bathroom, had to jam the door open as it was stifling when closed. Something to do with fire laws there....that may put me of staying there as I struggle with that particular smell - HOWEVER....the Chop Grill & Bar was excellent!!! Staff amazing and the food was so good we ate there twice!!! Would defo visit the restaurant again :-)

Room had rubbish from previous guest in it - some of the toiletries in bathroom were empty.
no bin bags in bins
very much felt like I was dumped in the worst room as I was quite late arriving - there was a random door in my room which was locked but didn't make me feel very safe at all - there was also a lot of banging throughout the nights

We thought the hotel was great. Our room was very nice, and both the restaurant and bar were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a terrific experience.
