Everyone at the resort was very helpful and accommodating. The resort was very nice. The only negative I have to say is the store on the property does try to price gauge non Spanish speaking customers and I saw multiple fake cuban cigars in their humidor that they were saying were real and the prices are very high.

Get room closer to the beach. The Prestige club is about $65/day/percon , but well worth it.

I stayed in this hotel back in 2020, 2024 and now(May2026). A lot has changed since last time I stayed here. Sheets have yellow stains on even when requested it to be changed, food quality decreased significantly. Alcohol options that are included not good. Pineapple in the beach are used to be included ow you have to pay for each $5. Restaurant reservation are hard to make, almost everything was booked up when we checked in and we had to use buffet almost every night. The only good part was the staff. Everyone was polite and tried to do their best.

I really enjoyed the Majestic Elegance in Punta Cunta. Weather, beach, and resort is beautiful! There was also beach chairs available at any time because it wasn’t too crowded. If walk down to the other resort they were way too crowded!!!! The entertainment during the during was ok but it during the night it was good! The shows were also great, don’t miss them! There sports bar is closed however you can walk to the other Sports bar located at the other Majestic. I liked the atmosphere and food there. The food was overall good throughout the resort but not excellent. At night we ate at the steak house. The New York was delicious. Ofcourse the drinks were great, they do have Tito’s, Jameson, and other liquior but it’s not on display at the bar. You just have to ask for it. I would totally go back!
