The hotel is in a whole other class by itself. We stayed in 3 different hotels in Scotland which boasted being 5 stars, and Ness Walk was far and away the top of the three. It was the nicest 5 star hotel experience I've had. The customer service, check in process, attention to detail and property were all top notch. I would stay again and again if ever traveling back to Inverness. 6 out of 5.

Front of house Vijay could not have been more helpful. We asked to upgrade room and was moved immediately. Room 17 was spacious with views over the garden.
The lounge’s atmospheric- antiques and cabinets full of whiskey bottles. Set price dinner £34 for two courses was excellent. Good delicious and well worth a visit. Same for cooked breakfast. Top notch
