There were some cobwebs in our windows but overall very clean and well maintained. My only suggestions are that they lower the temperature in the dining room (especially if you're working through a five course menu and a bottle of wine in a suit jacket); revamp the reception area (looks a tad bit like a gift shop and not the entrance to a grand house); and have (suitable)background music in the lounge areas/ dining room when pianist isn't present.
