Good, but need more clean, the shower smell real bad.

A lovely hotel, very central and great staff.

Pros: Eye-wateringly beautiful architecture with well-appointed rooms and fitness spa areas. The breakfast seating area was incredible, featuring a massive skylight in the 5-storey atrium. The doormen, bellboys and check-in staff were wonderful, helpful and always smiling. Cons: My room was definitely showing its age, the decor is timeless but lots of scuffs, dings and loose parts. Concierge staff (except for one who was lovely) were incredibly standoffish - rarely smiling, sometimes rolling their eyes and always appearing annoyed when I was asking for their help.

Excellent boutique hotel in a very central location. The staff go above and beyond to ensure a relaxing and delightful stay. Breakfast was truly amazing with lots of culinary delights to suit all tastes. We used the rooftop bar once and it was lovely. Superb cocktails with servers on hand to guide you to the best ones to suit your taste. Amazing panoramic views including St Stephen’s basilica. The spa was a wonderful retreat after a long day of walking and sightseeing especially the lovely foot massage in the jacuzzi! This has to be the best hotel I have ever had the privelage to stay at. Most definitely a 5 star hotel. A huge thank you to all the staff especially those at breakfast. The chocolates on our pillows each evening was an elegant touch. We will be back!

I have no complaints. Great hotel & would definitely stay here again if we return to Budapest. Front desk staff always friendly and helpful. They let us check in 1.5 hours before posted check in time. Hotel located on a luxury shopping street within short walk (3 minutes) to sights. Many excellent, reasonably priced restaurants to choose from less than a block from hotel. Hotel room very clean at check-in and cleaned daily and well during stay. Breakfast buffet outstanding & caters to both North American (bacon, eggs, sausages, pancakes, several different breads) and European tastes. Smoked salmon and cold cuts excellent quality. Over half a dozen different pastries to choose from, including pie. Also had about six different cheeses. Bacon cooked to perfection. Their peach juice was delicious. They also had sliced cucumbers, bell peppers, tomatoes, olives, etc. They also have a complimentary coffee / tea bar with cold water to refill water bottles. Bed firm and comfortable. Shower pressure very good. Good quality toilet paper. Booked through Expedia which was less expensive than booking directly through hotel.
