The rooms are comfortable, and the service from the staff was consistently professional, welcoming, and attentive. The Concierge Mariano was exceptional; knowledgeable, attentive, and always ready with excellent recommendations that made our visit to Brussels even more enjoyable. Antonio the bellman was wonderful, very helpful, friendly and always helping us with suggestions as well I would definitely recommend Le Louise Hotel to anyone visiting Brussels who values comfort, great service, and a convenient location.”

I had a truly excellent stay at Juliana — the overall level of comfort, attention to detail and service is exactly what you would expect from a refined luxury property. The room, spa and overall atmosphere were outstanding, and the breakfast in particular deserves a special mention — one of the best I’ve experienced, with fresh, high-quality products and great execution. I would also like to highlight the concierge team, who were consistently kind, attentive and genuinely welcoming — a great asset to the hotel and a pleasure to interact with throughout my stay. If I may share one small observation, I believe the cocktail bar experience has the potential to be elevated to fully match the level of the rest of the hotel. With a slightly more structured approach, it could become a real highlight. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would absolutely return.

Great hotel close by airport with a courtesy shuttle. No dining choices adjacent to property so we dined here and were impressed. Great choice for making an early am flight. Helpful, friendly staff at every encounter.
