We had a beautiful family vacation at The Sebali Resort. Before our arrival, the management notified about possible noise from a nearby construction. Luckily they did whatever they could to remedy the situation by allocating a separate room away from the construction site during our stay and making a discount for compensation. The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfasts and dinners were good. Free area tour was a nice perk. We strongly suggest to get a massage at the spa. It was very relaxing and professional.

You guys this place is a must the amount of details that they go through and the staff and how polite they are is beyond. It's really what made my stay so special here I checked in for a solo trip and when I arrive late that night, they had set up a happy birthday sign on the bed that made me feel so special and they also put flowers in my outdoor bathtub I mean the details of this was just too much to not love

One of the very best places to relax as a couple. My wife and I stayed four nights at the start of our honeymoon. We checked in after flying and started with their Asmara Jaya spa treatment, which was the very best spa experience we’ve had anywhere. A body scrub, full body massage and a bath, full of flowers and petals in the spa, with a bottle of wine was great value and the perfect way to begin our stay. We were in one of three jungle view villas with a pool and it really was the most beautiful room and outside space. I can’t imagine a better setting. All the staff were really keen to help and the hotel put on some nice daily activities, entertainment and complimentary sundown cocktails. The main pool area was stunning and the best we’ve experienced anywhere. The food was excellent, with a massive variety of choice and the breakfasts were some of the best we’ve had. You can choose more than one cooked offer as well as from a fresh buffet. The coffee is also some of the had. The only possible criticism would be that some of the staff could have done with better training. One struggled to open a bottle of wine or champagne and we sometimes needed to top up our own glasses. They are lovely and their will is there though, so I’m nitpicking as it didn’t put a dampener on our stay. Location is not that central to Ubud, but they offer a free daily shuttle should you want to visit and the setting is amazing with all the amenities you might need for a relaxing stay,

Another great stay at this wonderful Hotel. Venue and staff were the best. Aim to stay in a room with ocean view as opposed to city - best side of the Hotel. Pool access suite excellent not so good plunge pool as on reverse side of Hotel ( from what I could see ). Breakfast and room service great choice/ roof top marvelous too. Guest buggy service useful. Plantation restaurant a must have experience. All in all another excellent stay thank you everyone form making our holiday another time to remember.

Property was lovely, the villa was beautiful and great to have a price pool, all keep very clean and nice. Outdoor toilet was a new one for me, a funny experience sitting in the garden... with a high wall around.. and at night too.. showering in the garden was nice. The doors in the living area have large gaps around them, as well as open gratings in some windows and staff come every evening to spray for mosquitoes. If you don't like lots of chemicals, could be an issue. We made sure we went out for an hour or two after they sprayed for dinner, then it was fine once we returned. Lovely breakfast, delivered on time each day. Quiet location, lots of hotels along the beach to find dinners at in the evening.

We had a wonderful stay at The Balé. What really sets it apart from the larger resorts is the exceptional personalised service. The team genuinely gets to know you and is always one step ahead. Their help with transport, reservations and local arrangements made everything so easy. We loved the spacious villa and private pool, delicious breakfasts and great coffee. A peaceful, personal experience that made our stay feel very special.
