Hotel was lovely, generally. Staff very friendly and hardworking Locality beautiful Breakfast lovely Evening buffet - food often luke warm Negatives Queues too long at beach bar - up to 30 minutes for a drink- desperately needs more staff as they were rushed off their feet. Reception needs a map of the area- had no idea that we could walk to other beaches from hotel until last day. (we had not hired a car) Not told we could do activities independently by reception. eg. We wanted to go whale watching - this is only available on a Sunday and were 'put off' doing it individually as it was 'so far away'. Turns out you can do in next town. Hotel really quiet one night - turns out there was a band in the next hotel - no information about this Toilet paper needs a hold in room bathrooms as sitting on the sink it gets splashed by taps - just a small thing!

Very calm and comfortable.

Great views. Great food. Customer service was good. Water pressure and shower system was just not the greatest. Bathrooms need some renovation.

Rooms was clean..restaurant and beach staff was lovely!! Reception staff could be little bit more kind!

Hotel tres joli. Le personnel aurait pu etre plus souriant, mais tout etait ok. Restaurants et épicerie à proximité.

Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel was freshly paited and in an excellent beach position. Good breakfast selection
