8.6/10 Excellent! (47 reviews)
Started our days with a wonderful breakfast. The weather was warm so access to the pool was a plus. Walking to nearby markets or short taxi trip to the city. Nearby bank for exchange in Nairi medical building was handy. This is our second stay and we’ll be back.

9/10 Wonderful! (6 reviews)
We had a wonderful stay at Sweet Home Prime Apart-Hotel. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well located. The balcony was a highlight, with a beautiful view of Mount Ararat.
A special thank you to the lady who was responsible for communicating with us throughout our stay. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but she was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive whenever we needed anything.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (22 reviews)
Fantastic location, very clean apartment. Hardly any noise from the streets even though we were so close to two main roads. Great access to restaurants and the Republic Square shops and activities. Easy to checkin with plenty of information and quick repossession via WhatsApp.
Good strong WiFi. We also used the washing machine twice to do our laundry in preparation for our onwards journey.
We will go back on our next stay.

The head doorman Hovhannes was extremely helpful from the moment I arrived. Also the lady at the reception desk, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, was great and demonstrated excellent hospitality.
The location is very convenient and the amenities are useful. With such an excellent staff the hotel will be a great success
