Construction is going on . I didn’t realize it would be my view out of every window . Scaffolding & workers right out my window and no window covering in the family room slider . It was removed . Holes in the wall but nothing to give me privacy or shield from the hot sun . AC didn’t work very well . I pulled out the portable unit in closet and a piece was broken off . It didn’t help at all -I am guessing from the piece on the ground . Unit needed major refurbishment. Power strips didn’t work . Was without water for 4 hours on Sat. hair ball in shower . Will not be staying here ever again . Will be contacting management & booking party. . Picture in booking was not accurate too. Stayed an extra night IN BC but moved to the OSPREY . That is a beautiful property!

The staff was off the charts friendly and accommodating, always wanting to know how your day was and serving with joy. My wife Cathy had the best meal she had EVER had, Lamb and the octopus.
