Pros: Rooms were very nice, great decor and amenities. Cons: 1) location, didn’t feel safe and we even saw a car get broken into right outside the hotel 2)service at the hotel cafe - it didn’t seem like anyone was interested in helping customers and we stopped by 3 times.

Th location as excellent and the view was amazing. The only issue was they wouldn't valet park my C8 Corvette because of liability issues. I had to park across the street in a parking garage on the 6th floor and the elevator was down. My wife and I had to carry luggage down 6 flights of stairs, then across the street to the hotel. Besides all that, we really enjoyed it and we will be returning.

Great hotel in perfect location. River streets too touristy. This hotel is an oasis near everything. And such a helpful staff. Coffee in the morning is free in the lobby bar if you don’t order a special coffee!!!
