Hotel breakfast bar was the best I have had in Vietnam. Spectacular shower in the deluxe suite. Staff was very helpful. Hotel room’s power shuts off when you leave the room. So electronic devices cannot be charged. And the AC shuts off resulting in a damp and humid room with really wet floors. Enough to slip on.

Staff were lovely and helpful when our plane was delayed. The location of the hotel is fantastic! The room was very big ( we had a suite with terrace) and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The terrace had a wonderful view. The issue was we had a stand alone bath with shower over i, which looked fancy BUT was simply dangerous as it wasn't fixed down properly. It felt like it was flipping when you moved around and was very slippy. I'm not the best on my feet so it was a struggle, but even my partner had issues . It just needs looking at and then it would be a perfect stay .
