3 out of the 6 rooms we booked for our party had issues with the AC. We had to sleep in a room that showed the temp to be 27.5 degree heat!!! Wholly unacceptable given the high price point for the suite we booked. The service recovery offered was a bottle of hand cream - again insulting!

Excellent views from rooms that face the lake. Outstanding staff. Breakfast was great, aside from all the greedy little birds! (not the fault of the property) Great water pressure in the room, plenty of hot water. The only issue I had was that the bed was just too soft.

Beautiful location and although all 32 rooms were full it didn’t appear busy as bar, pool and restaurant areas were spacious. Ferry trip to Limone was relaxing and worth it for the picturesque harbour. Lots of steps up to the hotel from the lake which were tough in the heat. We used buses but would be worth hiring a car if we visit again.
