Adriane was friendly and helpful when we just arrived. She made us feel welcome. I honestly felt welcome by all the staff. They guide us and answered questions that we had in a friendly manner. Thank you all for being part of our unforgettable vaccation.

Omni Hotel is top notch, this was our first time staying at an Omni Hotel and we loved it. It was clean, the staff was awesome, they provided us with great places to visit, and eat. And I cant say enough about the bed....it was the most comfortable bed we've slept in away from home. We've stayed at other brand properties but none compare to the service and quality at the Omni Richmond.

Another amazing stay. The staff, the food, the amenities, the events were all top notch.

Note that this is not a typical big hotel chain experience. This hotel is more of a quaint, boutique style hotel. As such there are minimal amenities. That being said, the hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are modern and clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and the Parlor Bistro has really good food. One thing to note, is that I booked a King Suite with a pullout sofa bed on Expedia. That room type does not exist. When I got to the hotel they had a reservation for a single king size bed for the four of us. Fortunately the staff was able to shuffle some things around and put us into a room with two queen beds (and a balcony!). We're very grateful they were able to accommodate us despite Expedia's mix-up.

The amenities were awesome !!

The property was in excellent condition, the staff was super friendly, helpful and helped plan most of our trip. Definitely one of the highlights of our vacation here.
