(448 reviews) We were a group of nature lovers who were using this as a three night stay to get used to the temperature and time change upon arrival in Borneo. Loved the grounds and snorkeling right from the beach. Fantastic nature center staffed by several biologists. The food options were a bit pricey but we were expecting that. The grounds were very birdy and we found two Borean Pit Vipers. The mangrove tour was fantastic. Room is very good quality for the price. (1,000 reviews) For the rate that this hotel charge (walk in rate was RM800) the hotel could do better in the following areas: 1\. Wifi connection kept cutting off 2\. Limited TV channel options. Poor TV resolution 3\. Algae in the perimeter drain of the lap pool 4\. Leaking plumbing fixtures in bathtub and at the valve to the toilet 5\. Not up to 5 star hotel cleanliness 6\. Air conditioner was out at their Strikers Bowl but luckily the first game (the only game we played was complimentary). Had to switch to different lanes several times because of malfunctions.
