Hector at the front desk provided exceptional service. He was friendly, outgoing, conversational, and very attentive to guests needs. The hotel is well‑located, with easy walking access to restaurants, the bus stop, the beach, Walgreens, and the port. I would gladly stay here again.

Standard room is tiny and offers no privacy for your partner but ok for a single person. Stayed on third floor and the elevator landed about 4 inches below the third floor level. This must be an ongoing issue because there was a sign in the elevator saying to watch your step. Staff was friendly and breakfast omelet was great. There is a market across the street that offered anything you could need. Located a few blocks from public beach access.
