Excellent Hotel! Very nice, clean, cozy, and super friendly staff! Great location for Cleveland Clinic and walking distance to each building. Would highly recommend!

The room and property is clean

Loved the ambience around the hotel. Beautiful building and location was perfect for our needs. Dining room staff were great and the food excellent. We did experience a couple of issues with our room. When the room was cleaned, it was very well done. One day of our 4-day stay, however, our room was not cleaned, no fresh towels, etc. When we questioned this at the main desk, we were given a somewhat confusing answer about evening staff should be coming around. No apology given. It was already late enough that we were ready to call it a day so we just asked for fresh towels. The desk staff was going to give them to us right there but we asked that they be delivered to the room and they were. The next night, we needed ice and I was told there were no ice machines but I could go to the front desk for ice. I did so and the desk staff (manager?) went to the back somewhere and gave me a bag of ice, which wasn’t tied, and that’s how I carried it back to my room. Just didn’t seem right for the boutique hotel atmosphere we had been experiencing. Finally, I do wish the lighting in the room was a bit brighter. Loved the dark hue colors of the room but the lighting was pretty dim. Thanks for letting me share.
