Santa Fe Island Pet-friendly Vacations

We stayed here for 4 nights and really liked it. All of the staff were very pleasant, professional, friendly and accommodating. One of the servers at the breakfast buffet even ran down the street to get an avocado for my vegan niece!! The beautiful restaurant is located on the roof top with nice views of the port and nice breezes blowing through, they even have room service!! The room was spacious with a nice covered deck where you could sit and watch the tropical rain. The a/c was nice and the shower had very good water pressure. The pool was closed for renovations on our first day, but opened the next day and it was so nice to be able to cool down after a hot day! It’s a beautiful blue tiled pool with the perfect temperature . We took advantage of the bikes they offer for free to ride around the quaint town. It is in a nice location, less than 5 minute walk to the docks, multiple restaurants , a deli with vegan options and killer vegan sorbet, an ATM and a super market! The hospital is very close. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel to others.

Spacious, Convenient, and Accommodating We spent 5 nights in a 3-bedroom condo apartment as a family of 4, including 2 teenagers. The condo was the perfect base from which we explored the Galapagos with a series of day trips. Breakfast was included every morning to get us started for each day of exploration. Powerful air conditioning was much needed reprieve at the end of each hot day. The pool was also handy for testing and adjusting our snorkeling gear. The accommodation was equipped with a kitchen, if needed. The location is an easy walk to the restaurants and shops in Puerto Ayora. The pier is also an easy walk. The trailhead to Tortuga Beach is also very close.

Beautiful property in San Cristobal. Our family of 4 had the oceanview room. It was such a joy to watch the sea lions play from the pool. We had a busy vacation so it felt heavenly to rest and relax at the resort for a couple of days. The food was great. We had the breakfast buffet and their poolside menu. The burgers and pizza were excellent. The hot chocolate was loved by all. The beef stew in the morning with the plantain patties and yuca bread were so great. We celebrated my husband's birthday here and they brought us a yummy dessert of brownie and ice cream to share. It was lovely. The front desk staff and wait staff were all excellent. We highly recommend!

We dropped our baggage and left for another island Staff was extremely helpful Hotel is not responsible for power outages but the n the few days we were there .. yes we had power outages

This was a very basic hotel and amenities where OK the gentleman who worked there was very nice to set up the Netflix and excellent people at the desk and helpful, but the property is very old and basic kind of room if you want to go by and spend less money to stay in town. It was convenient otherwise nothing much special. Third floor breakfast was very limited not many choices and being a leisure traveler and staying at 5 to 7 star hotels this was just one night stay for us and thereafter we had excellent five-star Airbnb villa for seven days we enjoyed in San Cristobal. They can improve the property in the rooms in the room service and a vanity is with a very little cost and how the basic coffee maker in the room or the kettle to make coffee in the morning for basic traveler this is OK hotel.

It was an amazing stay. Nico was so attentive to our needs from getting a taxi to recommending where to eat and what to do. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the rooms spacious and clean. Definitely recommend.
