Lovely property. Beautiful room, so many thoughtful touches from fresh baked bread, snacks, drinks, made to order breakfast. The pool and jacuzzi were also wonderful. I highly recommend staying here!

Very convenient location, great communication with staff. Very beautiful outdoor space, better bang for my buck than a traditional hotel stay. Absolutely loved it!

I enjoyed my stay here, plus the staff was very helpful with any questions I had! The only small letdown was that the pool wasn't heated during my stay. It is also more of a lounging pool (3 feet deep) rather than a swimming pool. The unit itself was clean, the AC worked perfectly, and although I did not make use of it, the kitchen and dryer were nice to have!

My spa treatment was amazing! One critique I would say is that the spa isn’t as complete as I’d like in terms of amenities. The quiet room was packed so there weren’t enough seats for the guests getting treatments. In general for such a massive property I found the spa to be rather small. Overall would definitely stay again. Book a casita if you can.

This review is a bit tricky because I think my expectations were different from what this property actually is. We arrived around 11 p.m., and there wasn’t a single staff member at the front desk or anywhere on the property. It felt surprisingly deserted, which wasn’t the most reassuring first impression after a long day of driving. I was also surprised to discover that all of the rooms have exterior entrances. I hadn’t realized this when booking, and personally I don’t love that style of accommodation because it feels more like a motel than a traditional hotel. It’s clear that this was once an older motel that has been thoughtfully renovated. The design is clean, modern, and stylish, and the renovation team did a good job updating the aesthetic. That said, details like the popcorn ceilings and a lingering musty smell reminded me of the building’s age. Looking back, I think I could have enjoyed the property if I’d gone in with different expectations. It feels like a well-designed, upgraded motel that would appeal to hikers, road-trippers, and people who plan to spend most of their time outdoors exploring Sedona. Based on the photos, descriptions, and overall rating, however, I was expecting something that felt more elevated and more like a boutique hotel. If you know what you’re booking, you may really enjoy it. It just wasn’t quite what I had envisioned based on the ratings, reviews and photos.
