Great resort with everything one can need: clean rooms, beachfront, different amenities. Front office and staff throughout property very friendly and helpful. Not to mention 3 different restaurants to eat at.

Room was clean with a beautiful ocean view, private beach, 2 large pools and a Jacuzzi. Free shuttle to supermarket, Mambo Beach, Jan Theil beach, downtown Williamstad & more. Staff very friendly & helpful. I would definitely recommend this resort.

The room was very clean with plenty of room. Our balcony overlooked the Viva Italian restaurant. What made the place special was its location (located just steps from the floating bridge) and its’ staff. A special callout for both Charlotte, who helped us with varying questions throughout our stay) and Darryl, simply the most genuine and personable bar

The room was clean upon entrance. Staff made sure our bed was made and towels restocked everyday. The staff is so friendly! Especially Kerry and Sherri we loved them.

The rooms were beautiful and very clean. There were drinks and Nespresso pods waiting for us with a fully stocked kitchen so that we could cook as much and as little as we wanted. The downfall was the customer service we received on the first day. There were no signs leading up to the office of our villa and it took over 30 and a trip back to the security gate to find it. That was not explained in previous emails and when we tried reaching out via the app and phone calls, we never received a reply. When we finally found the office to retrieve the keys, there was no apology given for the lack of instructions or communication. Again, the villa itself was amazing, air con in every room, hot water, clean spaces, a personal pool and ocean view. I would say they are stingy on towels and it would be nice to receive new ones every other day, especially when staying for such a long time. It was lovely, but I probably wouldn't stay again.

Susan was very helpful at our arrival and with responding to questions throughout our trip. There's been recent construction on a beach club that has changed the view of the ocean from the advertising in the pictures. Less open ocean and rock and more palm trees, still pretty and tropical. Swimming in the ocean at this property was not something we did during our trip as the ocean was very choppy and turbulent from the weather. You absolutely need to rent a car if staying at this location if you want to go beyond Mambo beach. I would advise this property is best for adults rather than children unless you upgrade to the VIP balcony suites or the Villas. You have to communicate with them in advance that you will need twin beds instead of King size. The villas are at a different location. Make sure to carefully review the description of what is included in the room type you are reserving. The pictures are a mix of all the properties: standard room, balcony room and villa.
