Central New Mexico Pet-friendly Vacations

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly, the hotel is in a great location, and the breakfast was great every morning. We also appreciated the free and clean laundry facility. As other reviews have noted, the room was a little run down and didn't match the photos, which, I guess, are of higher priced/renovated rooms. The linens were clean but the room could've used a deep cleaning and had some maintenance issues, especially in the bathroom (broken towel hook, cracked counter top, floor grout was filthy). It was frustrating none of the windows in the room could be opened to let in fresh air.

Terrible. Wanted to stay here for years, ended up being one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Toilet wouldn’t flush multiple times, a common issue, per the front desk. Toilet overflowed - we returned late at night to a filthy, wet and unusable bathroom and were told we’d have to wait for the morning for help. Were told the next morning everything had been fixed/cleaned, but when we returned to the room it was untouched, still dirty and wet. Staff was rude, contradictory and unprofessional at every turn. We checked out early and went elsewhere. Won’t return.
