At check in was asked if I needed a handicap accessible room and I said no, she changed it to a king bed and thought I was getting the suite like I paid for, in room it was a regular room not suite. The Hot tub was not working which is why I booked it and toilet would not flush.

Room was beautiful breakfast was delicious only thing is the pool is small so you feel very crowded when it starts to feel up with people and not enough space for chairs in the pool area also pool was dirty you can tell it had not been clean for a while Hot tub had dirt all on the bottom of it

The hotel was great except there was a lot of cold air blowing from the bottom of the climate control unit. We had to set up a barricade to stop the cold air from blowing in the room.
