(693 reviews) The all inclusive package was not communicated well at all. Once we signed up for it (at the cost of $3000 extra for the week), we found out we had to order off very limited menus and weren’t able to enjoy all they offered. Also the most expensive restaurant was not included in the all inclusive package. We were asked before we got there if we were celebrating an occasion. I replied that it was our first anniversary on 1/15\. I never heard back and asked the concierge when we arrived if they would help us celebrate. She assured me there would be a bottle of champagne in our room on 1/15\. There was not. We enjoyed many aspects of the hotel but the lack of transparency will deter us for ever coming back. Housekeeping noticed that we were celebrating a birthday, and they had a pleasant surprise in the room, complete with balloons and a "Happy Birthday" sign.
