Eastern Tennessee Pet-friendly Vacations

Red roof inn has just remodeled all of the second floor because it will soon turn to a marriott. We woke up in the morning with little ants everywhere and they were crawling out of the wall by the air conditioner. The toilet did not work but not flush right or the water would not come back up we are quickly. The TV had no value and did not work. I tried to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. Also we were never told and it was never on the site that they were renovating and the whole first floor was tore up. We ended up leaving and we are supposed to be refunded for the next night we were going to stay. I have not seen it yet. We've stayed in this hotel many times and have never had these problems but now that they say it's updated to be a Marriott in the room we had we had all those problems
