This hotel was not ready for prime time. Shower was moldy. Floor was dirty. The lounge was a hour late opening. We went to the restaurant. No one there but the sleeping (yes, sleeping) greeter.
If the problem is getting better help, pay the salaries or I predict a closed hotel in months.
