Northern Vermont Pet-friendly Vacations

I really enjoyed staying at the Double Tree in Burlington! There was a line when i checked in and the manager came out and gave us all a cookie while we waited. The cookie was surprisingly good! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable which is most important for me. Overall I was very happy and I would stay there again.

The hotel room was ok and the grounds are beautiful. At this price you would think that breakfast would be included but it is not. The food at the lazy goat was good but the service was terrible. Had to ask twice for milk for our coffee while the coffee was getting cold till the milk made it to our table. The food and the service at the Junction were amazing, no complaints there. Somehow the housekeeping threw away or misplaced some of our belongings from within our room, a tote bag with boot inserts to keep tall boots upright went missing from our room, and while we can understand that things happen, the response we got from the front desk was unacceptable. When we brought the issue to them all we were offered was laundry bags for us to use to put our belongings in. At almost $600 a night that is just not right. Will not be visiting again.

Perfect location for enjoying Stowe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was a lovely experience and would definitely stay again.
